Hi, I’m Krista!

Makers, I’ve been where you are.

You started because you love creating. Making is the part that feels natural, the part that feels like you.

But somewhere along the way, your hobby became a business… and suddenly you were expected to be the marketer, the photographer, the content planner, the tax expert, and the bookkeeper — all while trying not to lose the joy that made you start in the first place.

I know that feeling. Because that was me, too.

My Story

I picked up a crochet hook over ten years ago as a form of self-care, something simple that could quiet my racing mind. I wasn’t trying to build a brand. I wasn’t trying to grow an audience.

I definitely wasn’t trying to start a business. I was just making.

And then something happened that I think a lot of makers can relate to: people started asking for my work. Friends. Strangers. People online. “Can you make me one too?” “Do you sell these?” “Where did you get that?”

So I took the leap and started selling. I priced my first piece way too low, felt wildly excited when it sold, and told myself, “Okay… maybe I can do this.”

But as my orders grew, so did the roadblocks.

I struggled with pricing and undercharged for my time. I second-guessed myself constantly. I got caught in comparison and felt like everyone else had a secret formula I didn’t. I tried to do everything at once, burned out, and wondered if turning my craft into a business was a mistake.

The thing that changed everything wasn’t hustle. It was clarity.

I started learning how real creative businesses work. I built systems that made the “boring” parts easier. I got intentional about what I made, who it was for, and how I talked about it.

I stopped trying to grow by doing more, and started growing by doing what mattered.

Over time, my creative work turned into something bigger than I ever expected: a thriving business with multiple income streams, over 50,000 sales, and a community of 150K+ creatives across platforms. I expanded into selling digital products, monetizing content, affiliate partnerships, and building a brand that people recognize.

And here’s the most important part: I built it in a way that supports my life.

Building my creative business has given me confidence, freedom, and the ability to design a life I genuinely love—one that includes rest, balance, and space to create without constant urgency.

That’s why I created The Creative Business Accelerator.

I made this course because I want to be the coach I wish I had when I was overwhelmed and trying to figure it all out alone. I want to give you the clarity, tools, and systems that help you grow, without burning out and without losing the joy that made you start.

You don’t need to do this perfectly. You don’t need to do it all at once. You just need a clear next step.

I’m so glad you are here.
