This Refund Policy applies to purchases of The Creative Business Accelerator offered by Spirit & Thread Crochet LLC d/b/a The Creative Business Accelerator (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing the Course, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. 10-Day Refund Window

We offer a 10-day refund period for The Creative Business Accelerator.

To be eligible, your refund request must be received by email within 10 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email krista@thecreativebusinessaccelerator.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used at checkout

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • The date of purchase

  • A clear statement that you are requesting a refund

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to payment processor and bank processing times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

4. Access Revocation Upon Refund

If a refund is issued, your access to The Creative Business Accelerator and any related bonuses, templates, downloads, worksheets, calculators, resources, or supplemental materials will be revoked.

By requesting and accepting a refund, you agree to immediately stop using the Course and to delete or destroy any refunded digital materials in your possession to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Violations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to deny a refund request in cases involving:

  • Fraud or attempted fraud

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Sharing login credentials or Course access

  • Unauthorized copying, downloading, distribution, or resale of Course materials

  • Material violation of the Course Terms & Conditions

  • Any other misuse of the Course or our intellectual property

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at krista@thecreativebusinessaccelerator.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, access records, communications, these policy terms, and related documentation to the payment processor or financial institution in order to dispute the chargeback.

7. Original Purchaser Only

Refund rights apply only to the original purchaser of the Course and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared.

8. No Partial Refunds Unless Required by Law

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds outside the stated 10-day period.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updated version will apply prospectively from the date it is posted, unless otherwise stated.
